Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

The staff was absolutely wonderful, the riverwalk setting with the holiday lights glistening off the balcony patio doors was magical. Pay the extra to have a room on the riverwalk side with the outdoor patio, it’s was well worth the enjoyment, especially during the holiday season. The hotel and rooms were fabulous and the location was easy to walk to many places. We had a wonderful trip!

The room was ready earlier than expected and we we able to enjoy room balcony and view. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.
