The hotel and staff were wonderful and would definitely book in the future for any alamodome event. The bathroom was beautiful, but my biggest issue was the main entrance door to the room was passing through the shower before entering the bedroom. The layout was kinda concerning during bath time hoping housekeeping wouldn't open the knowing we'll it was secure. The bed was really cozy and everything felt clean.

We loved it! We went to a concert at the Alamodome and were able to walk to it from the hotel. The only downside I had was that only valet parking was available, there was no private parking unless you went to find a lot on your own. I didn't like that; it was $66 for the parking or go find your own and I didn't have time to find my own. That was the only negative, otherwise everything was awesome and the staff was so nice!!!

We enjoyed our time and were made to feel like VIPs the entire stay. The pool, food (both Corinne and Aquanaka), the spacious rooms and lobby area are perfect. Each request was met with a smile and extra attention, if made a request for the room, it was in our room within a few minutes. Thank you Becky! And no request was denied. We played cards in the lobby area and cookies were brought to us. The tea ritual at 6pm was so informative, the tea was delicious and the infused drink had a kick. The pool was very large and the area surrounding very green, it did not feel like we were in downtown at all. La Villita is 2 blocks away. It’s a short walk or car ride to the River Walk and so many sites and restaurants. Dean and the valets were so kind and helpful, even brought us out a small bag of ice for our trip home. We will stay again and again!
