Overall, it was worth it for the price. The people who worked there were nice, but obviously you get what you pay for with hotels. That said, the bed sheets, towels, and the walls were pretty dirty, and my AC unit was leaking water onto my floor. I still maintain that, for the price or in a pinch, I’d stay there again

unsanitary, rude, too much police presence, people fighting, missing amenities, refusal for a sheet change after requested, disgusting and rude behaviour from front office staff. good for a 1 night stay if you don’t have any valuables because there are also homeless people walking around stealing your stuff.

I want to give a real shout-out to the manager and staff at this Motel 6 on the North IH-35 corridor. From the moment I checked in, it was clear this location is run differently than a lot of budget properties — genuinely well-managed and staffed by people who actually care. The manager runs a tight, clean operation and it shows in every part of the stay. The rooms were well-kept, the property felt safe, and anytime I had a question or a need, the staff handled it quickly and professionally instead of giving me the runaround. On top of all that, everyone I dealt with was friendly and welcoming — the kind of small, consistent kindness that makes a real difference when you're away from home. It's easy to tell when a location has good leadership, and this one does. The manager clearly holds a high standard for her team, and it shows in how the whole staff treats guests. Highly recommend this location if you need a clean, safe, well-run place to stay in San Antonio.

It’s what you get for your money. I stayed about 3 weeks trying to find an apartment and I wouldn’t come back. They took pets and I have a cat which is why I stayed. I asked and paid for a room with a microwave and refrigerator and never got one. I was lied to 3 times about getting one. It was pretty quiet though. I wouldn’t consider it the safest but overall it was decent.
