The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I was able to purchase a parking permit which allowed me to park my car on site. The Red Roof Inn+ in San Antonio is one of the older extended stay facilities and needs to have some cosmetic repairs but all in all it’s a great facility for the price.😍

The room has all you need for a nice stay. The bed sheets and pillow did have some stains on them so i would recommend bringing your own.

I only stayed for one night for work, but I was really happy with my stay. Parking was easy, check-in was simple, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I also really liked being able to go straight from the parking garage into the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room had almost everything I needed ( no fridge or microwave ), and the shower pressure was amazing and hot. Overall, it was a really good stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, convenient, and easy to get in and out of. I’d stay here again.

Nice clean hotel to stay at for a quick weekend getaway.. rooms were clean, staff very helpful, close proximity to Riverwalk, downtown and hemisphere... we walked to all with no issues... they do offer room service from several restaurants that deliver.

The stay was adequate. The facility was a bit run-down and the pool was milky and green. Most disappointing was the fact that there was no fridge in the room. The hotel staff were very friendly and offered great service. Parking costs an additional fee, but is close to the facility. The hotel has a great central location for nearby attractions. The shower leaked constantly and had little water pressure. No soap was provided either. The mattress was nice and firm and clean, but the pillows were flat. No breakfast is offered.

Good place to stay close to downtown San Antonio. Friendly staff. Fairly clean. A/C worked well room had a fridge and microwave. Paint job in restroom due to some damage looked cheap and rushed. Made the room look even more dated and need of renovation. As a whole, the entire property is in much need of a refresh. TV’s are small and dated, carpets in hallways are well worn. Ice machine was not working on the 3rd floor and one of the elevators was not working. Lobby was nice and inviting.

AC was fantastic! The staff were friendly. The hotel was just nasty. There was a dead roach thy corner, the floor was greasy, the 5th floor hallway just stank! I booked cause I needed an affordable hotel, what I didn't realize was it was such a cheap hotel. I appreciate the affordability, but next time, I'll spend more money for a better hotel.
