Facilities weren’t very clean, but can’t complain too much because of the price. There is not really housekeeping: it consists of them changing towels and taking out trash. Bring your own towels, theirs seemed dirty and super stiff. I don’t usually feel the need to disinfect bathrooms and such but this time I did. The room space is actually pretty good and great ac which is a must. Out of the 3 washers and 3 dryers, only 1 of each worked.

The hotel is okay, not terrible but the room was quite dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain was slimey. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and there is air conditioning. I think maybe they are very understaffed. The staff working seemed to be working hard but maybe there just isn’t enough staff to keep up

4/10 Poor

I liked the thorough direction of letting you know where your room is when I arrived. The pool had just opened so it was very clean, and they had some decent channelsto watch tv at least, but I didn't like seeing short hair follicles on the bed sheet I was going to sleep in along w/ the suspicious redish stains on it, or the long pink hair strand that was on the washcloth I was about to use to wash my body with..made me paranoid that they don't wash everything, and feeling it was unsanitary that I was more than likely reusing used things ppl just put their DNA on.

The front desk guy was great! Gave extra towels when needed! The pool was good! Plenty of kids there for my kid to play with. The property needed a lot of maintenance. Elevators were broken. Seemed like the bottom corner room, someone was living there. He comes out to smoke cigarettes & weed, could smell it, & live his door wide open with so much junk & trash in there woth a ton of barking dogs. Our shower didn’t drain very well. The mini fridge was not very cold. Over all, it was good stay. Price was cheap, wasn’t expecting a five star hotel. You get what you pay for! Again, not a bad stay. Just an interesting one.

I like the architecture design and the room we stayed in because it's more spacious, but during our stay, there was a blackout, but we thought they had a generator to back up the electricity. I was bringing my kids, and one got anxiety because it's too dark. But anyhow, I would like to recommend repainting the walls in their bathroom because it seems there's mold. Overall, it was an average rate to stay in this hotel.

Affordability shouldn’t be a synonym of poor quality. With the exception of having 3 beds in a room which is really nice for a family of 5, the rest was really poor. The room had roaches, restroom and room was really dirty, sheets had stains, towels were dirty and pool was full of stray cats. The ladder to get to the room is falling apart and the breakfast was poor quality and selection

Came into the room, and everything seem fine; we opened the closet to put our stuff in, and we found a pair of used shoes . We went into the restroom; and found somebody’s used baby wipes, and shampoo stuff. We went to sit at the desk; and the desk was covered in white sugar? Or some type of powder. We went to lay in the bed, and the bed sheet was covered in recently stains, I would assume looked like make up stains or something spray tan ?

Rooms were not clean. The annexe didn't have the elevator working. Staff was relatively helpful. But looks like the management has no interest in fixing the amenities. We had to cancel our booking and drive back because the rooms we got late in the night was in an annexe building and it didn't have any elevators. Also not safe for ladies and families.

I was traveling with toddlers and my family and the place is nothing like the posted pictures. As we arrived the bed sheets had bright red blood stains, mold on walls in bathroom and along the shower, also hair everywhere. The shower knob fell as I tried turning the knob, we did not stay.
