When I got to the hotel after a long day traveling, they advised me that hotel oversold and I would need to go to a different hotel for the night. It was after midnight and I was really hoping to just go to bed. I had five nights booked. The hotel they told me to go to was rather run down. I returned for the rest of my stay, and it was fine, other than the dinner selection was very limited and the same staff was serving the front desk as the bar and restaurant, so wait times w.ere long .

This was a great stay. The room was clean, the staff was nice and the check-in and check out were seamlessly quick. I even like that there was and extra blanket and pillow already in the room without having to ask. The pool was closed due to maintenance but, I can’t even complain about that and least it’s been maintained. The restaurant had something happened earlier the day we stayed so they on had personal pizzas available. Not my first choice but, at least there was still an option available to guests. I also like that at certain times they close one of the gate to get on the hotel property. So, there was only one way in and out. It gave me a sense of security and I wasn’t worried about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others in the future.

We had a wonderful time at the Hyatt place during our stay. Our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and we were able to relax in our sitting area. The next morning we had breakfast at hotel and it was great. Plenty of options to choose from. The staff was great and very accommodating. Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable. NG

This was a great hotel with a very large room. Breakfast was great both days. Property was very nice and safe. Close lots of restaurants and shopping via short drive, several miles from the main attractions of San Antonio. Nice soft bed. Would stay again here on our next trip to San Antonio. Staff was very friendly.
