The location was great with easy access to many wonderful clubs and restaurants. The property was fairly maintained and staff were helpful. I had a cooling issue with my room and when i complained, the staff gave me an extra room to sleep in since there was no maintenance personnel on duty when the complain was made. I booked about 5 rooms for our guests for my wife’s graduation and everyone had nothing but good things to say about this place.

I prefer Hilton-managed properties for the cleanliness and being pet-friendly. The hotel was both for most of the stay. The room was cleaned daily which is a huge perk from some of their other properties I’ve stayed in. The staff was fantastic. Only issue was my room being a bit shoddy, the kitchenette lights didnt work. They had paper stuffed in one of the canned lights. The room layout for the ‘extra’ king is not worth the extra cost. The ac struggled to keep the room cool.

The placement of the hotel was very strategically planned! It's not a long walk to the river walk. It's accessible at all times to attractions and restaurants in the area. The hotel was very secure. You need your key to gain access to the lobby of the hotel, making the hotel feel safe and welcoming to It's clients.

The breakfast was wonderful and the room decent however they do not have parking so either you have to pay to park somewhere or valet which charges about 56 dollars a day. The room’s AC did not go further down than 73 which made the room hot during the day and night mid summer.
