Rooms are clean; but room had a mildewy odor. Bed was comfortable. Door to hallway had huge gaps around the frame which let a lot of light and sound into room. Appreciated the free breakfast; food was just ok though. Overall good hotel to spend a night or two only.

The staff was pleasant and helpful with the check in process. However, this Holiday Inn is in much need of a thorough deep cleaning and basic maintenance repairs. Everything… the carpet in the halls, the tile floors in the lobby, the elevator interior, all of it was covered in grime. There were many areas of missing ceiling tiles and broken floor tiles. The dining area had cloth furniture which could use a cleaning, as you could see stains from the repetitive areas they have been touched likely for moving chairs to be seated. The hotel room was suitable for staying just the one night. It smelled very strongly of Lysol Disinfectant spray. The floor tiles were visibly lifting in more than one area. The surface areas (sink, toilet, shower) were all visibly clean. The sheets and pillows on the bed were fresh, however the top cover on both beds appeared as if they were well over due on changing. (I am aware these do not get changed daily or weekly, but it was clear these may have been on for longer than weeks.) I typically do not remark on minor inconveniences, however this is the first time my experience at a Holiday Inn property was really subpar. I am usually brand loyal, as they are for the most part reliably clean.
