We had an outage after the SA storms and Sonia was great helping us get rooms at the last minute to accommodate my husband and I, with a separate room close to ours for my elderly mom. Kindness goes a long way!

Definitely not bad. I'd stay here again since it's so close to the airport and the staff were great. But some down sides: you have to pay for parking there are no outlets near the coffee maker the bathtub drain was clogged a little upon arrival the breakfast is not complimentary, and there was no coffee or anything in the lobby. But like I mentioned above, the staff were great and they did go out of their way to help with whatever I needed.

Easy access. Close to everything we needed. Airport noise, but we were there for airport access so to be expected. Easy check-in. Secure parking and entering bldg. Comfy beds. Only negative was a less than fresh odor in room, like musty and needing to be aired out.

The moldy/mustry smells in the room completely ruined the experience for me. Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly.
