For a small hotel it was very and beds were even comfortable. Staff was kind & accomodating. Coffee in room was plus . Take your own soap. We would stay again, nice price in a touristy location. Only 5 from all things downtown

Boerne is great.

Great hotel for the weary traveler on the road. Google maps has terrible directions here. Nice room very large and clean.

Great Experience

The location was great. HEB right next door, you could walk over to it. Other restaurants near by. The room was plenty room, all the amenities were CLEAN and comfortable. Bathroom/shower was perfectly clean. Refrigerator, Microwave, floors, furniture was CLEAN. They even clean your room daily...post Covid, many hotels no longer offer room cleaning, only when you check out. So I was happy about that. Bed was comfy.

Good basic motel, bed fairly comfortable. Facility is dated. Breakfast is really not breakfast, just an automated coffee machine and juice machine and a small blueberry muffin of the cheap, highly processed variety. Advertises (on hotels.com) that there is a fitness center, but there is not one at all.
