"Absolutely spot on. We expected quite simple / basic accommodation and were pleased to find it as anticipated - a small cabin like bedroom simply fitted out but completely adequate and spotlessly clean. We didn't arrive until just after 8pm but were cheerfully greeted by a very helpful Chris (despite him being towards the end of a busy day for him - when we arrived he was part of a small team clearing up after a wedding or birthday celebration of some size). He directed us towards a nearby place...

"Location was perfect for Tamworth Town, as soon as I arrive quite late in the evening I was greeted by a friendly smile and the WIFI code was given to me as a priority, perfect no one want to hunt or ask for the code. Keys were explained for access, I decided to have a pint or two before bed, the locals in the bar were extremely friendly and included me in their conversations, made me feel very welcome. "Our stay at New hall spa was amazing! We were a group of ten celebrating my daughters hen weekend, everything was so relaxing excellent food and facilities! Couldn't fault a thing will definitely visit again."

"A large and impressive hotel with great facilities. Unfortunately, we found the bed in our deluxe room uncomfortable and creaky and the room lacked basics such as milk and cold water. The food and drinks were delicious however, and we enjoyed the pool."
