"The hotel did not live up to its 5-star rating... When you book with an international chain you have certain expectations.
- no quilts, iron boards, or bathrobes in our rooms.
- the complementary shampoo/body wash bottles were half used.
-The hotel slippers quality was low and had brown marks over them.
-Connecting to the WiFi was unnecessarily difficult and a long process. WiFi was extremely slow.
-room service door tag was missing from room.
- some staff were nice but most were...

"Hotel in central position in Samsun. At the moment there are works in the area, and streets are a bit congested, but hotel is reacheable.
I had a spacious room wit view on two sides. Room was very good, clean, and quiet.
The hotel is in a strategic position, with shops and restaurants at walking distance
The added value, in my case, was the reception personnel. They were kind and efficient, and went well beyond their duties in helping me with a problem I had. Thank you guys.

"The unit was decent and generally met our needs as a family of six with four kids. It was clean and had the basic amenities, though a few things could be improved for better comfort and convenience.
