Bed was comfortable but pillows very high and hard - I am sure we could ask to swap them but we had arrived late at night ! Which we were welcomed with a kind smile! "The Amari is in a perfect location while visiting Hau Hin. A lovely oasis with a huge swimming pool, great gym, comfortable rooms, and a more than sufficient breakfast buffet. There is a poolside restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient, especially the ones behind the scenes, in housekeeping, the front door, and parking lot. A golf cart shuttle will whisk you down to a beachfront where there is a restaurant, but there is not much of a beach. Did not swim in bay. The hotel is very close to walk to the Tamarind and Cicada weekend night markets, yet far enough from the hustle of the main centre. There is a complimentary daily shuttle that you can sign up for at the front desk to visit the Blueport Mall or Market Village. Try the delectable Thai food at the mall’s food court! Getting around the area in a Grab is seamless. The Amari is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a sunshine holiday. "
