"There was an incident with an employee, though. On Tuesday night, I went to the bar area to have a drink and eat some takeout after a long day. When I finished my food, I got up to look for garbage bins and the male employee at the bar yelled at me to pay for my drink. Well, I was startled and upset. All my things (purse, book, etc.) were still at the table and I had nowhere to go since I was a guest. I thought that it was rude, but I would not hold it against the hotel since it was just one employee. Still, a little more kindness would have been appreciated. I don’t steal drinks."

"Very clean room with all the facilities we required, including a few additional that we requested. Stadf were very helpful when we arrived. Basic breakfast was everything we could ask for."

"The staff were very professional and friendly. The room is very clean and updated. The location is walkable to major attractions within Salzburg, or you can take public transportation. The breakfast is good too."

"Air conditional was an issue for a couple of hours on one night. Amazing location. Thats the USP. Overpriced for what I paid for sure. Should be atleast €50-€70 cheaper a night ."

"Great location, right outside the Sound of Music Tour pick up point. Luggage lockers are available, breakfast is excellent value for money compared to cafes near by. Bed was a little firm for my liking, but overall this was a fantastic place to stay. Oh, no milk for the tea either so take your own and pop it in the fridge."
