The hotel room is clean and bright. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. I went to the reception to ask for some hot water and they lent us a spare electric kettle. Very nice. The location is great, it’s in a quiet Neighbourhood, not in the busy city centre, but only a short walk through the tunnel to the city centre, or if you want to take a bus, bus #1 has a stop right in front of the hotel to take you to the city centre and train station. Highly recommend it.

Front desk girl was very sour. Male front desk attendant was good. Breakfast was great. Room was small and amenities were poor. Hair/ Body wash was 2 in 1 and no conditioner. Hair dryer was poor. Location was good but check directions for transit due to road construction. All in all - meh. Not the best, not the worst.

Leonardo, a fine place to stay!

Wonderful staff and excellent location near old town. The 24 hour bar service was a welcomed reprieve after all-day sightseeing. Rooms are comfortable but a bit warm, even for September. The price can't be beat, especially if you consider the convenience.
