This hotel is about 10 minute walk from the main train station which is super convenient for trams and busses to get you anywhere easily. On checking in all the hotels give you a mobility pass to enable free public transport about the Saltzburg area. Breakfast in the hotel is really not worth it, very limited choice and lukewarm. There was little desire by the staff to clear up the tables. The bedroom was a good size and fairly comfortable, really nice shower. We were out all day and returned to find the room not made up and had never come across this before, when asking for clean towels the staff said the rooms get done on alternate days though this wasn't true as the room was done for our next three days. Overall, I was happy with the hotel, I was really disappointed with the breakfast offering

June 6th was a lovely place to stay while we visited Salzburg. We picked it because it seemed like a clean, comfortable hotel which was close to the Hauptbanhoff. And it absolutely serves those purposes. The staff, however, was so helpful and enjoyable as well and we weren't really expecting that. Also, as packing light is my vibe I especially appreciated the hotel blow dryer with a concentrator ...that amenity won me over :)

Enjoyed staying here for our first time visiting Salzburg. Located close to the river and 15-20 minutes walking distance from most tourist sites, but hotel first card allowed for free local bus/trolley transport. Modern style room decor, newer fluffy towels, high quality hair dryer, good sink and shower drainage, working fridge. Unfortunately, killed one cockroach, and on the last night what sounded like an alarm kept going off with longer gaps between alarm sounds from 9pm until the morning time. Laundry service was overpriced so we went a few blocks down the street for a quarter of the price. Two free drinks from the bar, my red wine was very good.

We stayed in room 114 out behind the main building. It was a large room obviously for wheelchair accessible travellers. It was lovely to have a large shower and the towel warmer! The bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room with a Nespresso machine as well. There was no self serve ice stations but the staff at the bar were more than happy to fill my water bottle up for me. There is a paved walkway about a block away that follows both sides of the river which made accessing restaurants, cafe’s, and Mirabell Gardens easy!
