Great hotel and in a fab location right next to the train station. Opposite the bus station too. Can leave bags in luggage store on arrival and departure. Breakfast was plentiful but didn’t find any decaf coffee. Staff were excellent and knowledgeable about the area and transport links. Enjoyed our stay here in Salzburg. Would stay again.

The front desk staff was some of the friendliest we had experienced in Europe. The proximity next to the train station, a shopping mall, and multiple restaurants were additional bonuses. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very accommodating allowing us to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. If I had been traveling by myself, the group of people sitting and drinking outside the hotel would have been a concern. Location was amazing and the staff were great.
