IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP and ARE A TOURIST DO NOT STAY HERE Ive actually stayed here several months earlier and it was not great, but this time around was so Horrible i had to leave 5 days early (losing that money) and check into a different Hotel I dont know if its because of the low rates, but the people staying here were Loud and leaving their children running arouns the hallways all day and night. Even the cleaning ladies were LOUD Ive been to Brazil multiple times, and even have cousins there, but this.was THE wORSE stay i ever had I read the reviews.again before i booked and people staying in the lower floor (basement) complained about a sewage smell I booked the Top (3rd) floor. OMG the sewage smell was in the bathroom coming through the floor drain. I had to.sleep with the bathroom door closed and cover my mouth snd nose when using the toilet. When taking a shower id leave the door closed for 15-20 minutes to flush out the smell The worse part of the Hotel though was the unbearable Noise. Guy in room next to me was also banging the wall all the time for who knows what reason. My stay was just over 2 weeks.booked but could only stand 7 days

Reservei um quarto para 1 pessoa. Me colocaram em um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 2 camas de solteiro super gigante o quarto não gostei. Fora que a porta era um trabalho danado para fechar quando fui fechar na parte de dentro a maçaneta caia TD hora a televisão nem se quer ligava o chuveiro só pingava horrível. Aí quando fui na recepção questionar me trataram com descaso. Minha estaria foi horrível não gostei sério msm .

Experiência decepcionante na Rede Andrade Plaza Salvador No último final de semana, tive uma estadia extremamente frustrante na Rede Andrade Plaza Salvador. Infelizmente, a experiência foi muito aquém do que qualquer hóspede espera, mesmo considerando tarifas acessíveis. O Wi-Fi simplesmente não funcionava, o que dificultou até mesmo tarefas simples como checar e-mails ou usar aplicativos básicos. A limpeza dos quartos deixou muito a desejar: os banheiros estavam sujos e infestados de baratas, um verdadeiro descaso com a higiene e o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Além disso, a televisão do quarto não funcionava e nenhum canal estava disponível, o que inviabilizou qualquer momento de lazer no quarto. Como se não bastasse, a maçaneta da porta estava solta, comprometendo a segurança e a integridade da hospedagem. Foi uma experiência extremamente desagradável e não recomendo este hotel a ninguém. Espero que a administração tome providências urgentes, pois a estrutura e os serviços prestados estão muito abaixo do mínimo aceitável.

Casal . Acomodação horrível, lençol manchado, toalha rasgada, um cheiro insuportável de água sanitária no quarto, era para ser cama de casal, mas uniram duas camas de solteiro com colchão afundado, travesseiro manchado e fétido. Uma tv monitor de 19" com imagem péssima e canais sem funcionar. Banheiro sem ventilação e vazamento no chuveiro. Resumo: Fomos ao Supermercado que é perto, e compramos travesseiros, toalhas e lençóis para suportar passar a noite. Saímos dessa arapuca, e fomos para um hotel novo próximo ao AEROporto, a diária é mais que o dobro do preço, mas muuuito melhor.

Se for em família, não recomendo, precisa de uma reforma urgente, só conseguimos ficar pq foi uma noite, mais que isso, não ficaríamos. Hotel precisa de uma reforma, limpeza etc. Cheiro de mofo forte, toalhas sujas, lençol de cama sujo, cama terrível para dormir. Bom preço e excelente atendimento, porém, precisa de uma boa reforma no hotel.

Horrível, atendente no período noturno sem nenhuma educação ou respeito pelos hospedes, tratando a mim e minha esposa com total descaso e falta de profissionalismo, grosseira e Rude e não demonstrando nem um pingo de vontade de resolver os problemas que nossos quartos possuíam, com desdém e piadinhas onde o primeiro quarto tinha um vazamento no banheiro e o segundo estava sujo e com baratas dentro do quarto, não quis realizar a troca de quartos, não quis solicitar que o responsável verificasse se era possível parar o vazamento, e disse que não possuía mais quartos disponíveis a não ser no subsolo que eram os piores quartos sendo que verificamos no site que ainda haviam sim vagas disponíveis no hotel, resumindo um total desastre, um café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, sem variedade e muito menos quantidade, as porções tinha que ser repostas a todo momento local pequeno para o café do manhã que não acomodava nem 1/5 da quantidade de hóspedes, quartos sujos e com cheiro de madeira velha devido aos móveis antigos e caindo aos pedaços, cama barulhenta que não nos deixava dormir pois qualquer movimento rangia, o pior hotel que ja me hospedei na minha vida não recomendo de forma alguma, horrível em todos os aspectos,
