Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

O hotel é ótimo para quem procura o básico. O quarto é bem organizado, mas não há um padrão. Alguns tem Tv smart e outros não. É oferecido Wi-Fi mas não alcança todos os quartos. O chuveiro nem sempre é forte e quente. As camas são bem confortáveis. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e eficientes. Durante a minha hospedagem houve algum problema que causou alagamento nos corredores e se estendeu para o meu quarto. Também houve falta de água durante um dia.

La chambre était pleine de champignon et sale. Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer on nous a donné les clés de 2 autres chambres pour choisir. Toutes étaient dans le même état déplorable. Nous avons demandé le changement dnon oreiller couvert de champignon également et on nous a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas d' oreiller supplémentaire et on nous donné une couverture pour mettre par au dessus. En plus de cela le personnel se moquait de nous durant toute cette expérience horrible.

O quarto apresentava alguns defeitos, como a janela solta que fez barulho a madrugada toda, me impedindo de descansar. Além de lâmpadas queimadas e cheias de poeira na cabeceira da cama. Com a chuva, a janela tinha que ficar fechada e por isso, tinha que ligar o ar condicionado, porém o hotel não contava com uma quantidade boa de edredons. Não tinha cobertor para todos os hóspedes, sendo assim, a noite passei frio no hotel. O hotel também não tinha infraestrutura para chuva forte, tendo os corredores alagados e água entrando por baixo na porta. Muitas goteiras dentro do quarto, inclusive em cima da televisão. No meu quarto a televisão nao era smart e também não tinha aparelho para equiparar ela a smart TV, logo, só tinha o canal Globo. O atendimento é bom, todos muito solícitos, porém o hotel tem falhas na infraestrutura, todas citadas acima.
