O apartamento tem cheiro de mofo. O elevador causa receio aos mais destemidos com certos barulhos que lembram falha mecânica e ferro batendo.

Ponto negativo para limpeza do quarto

Atendimento do pessoal excelente. Café da manhã ok. Piscina estava interditada. Ponto extremamente negativo é a limpeza do quarto. Ao entrar no quarto encontramos um boné, par de meia e lata de atum embaixo da cama. Baratinha passeando no corredor.

Hotel bom, que está desperdiçado

É um hotel antigo, que deveria ser reformado para deixá-lo mais atraente e aumentar o numero de hospedes. Tem uma estrutura ótima que está sendo nitidamente subutilizada. Pela fachada não se entra no hotel, ele é escuro, placa não atiça a curiosidade de ninguém, ao contrário. Lamentável pois possui um otimo custo beneficio e está numa excelente localizacao, pertinho da praça do Campo Grande e da Barra.
