The room was dirty from the last guest and the toilet didn’t flush. The only good thing about the hotel was the proximity to the centro. We left a night early.

You get what you pay for

Unless you were just looking for a place to sleep, do not book this hotel. It is old, dated, rundown, and not very clean. The front desk clerk is downright rude. Its location is good. But that is the only thing to recommend about it. The housekeeping staff appreciates tips and cleaned our room well after leaving 50 pesos.

No towels, our vehicle was broken into in the parking garage and many things of value stolen. The police returned some larger items but nothing of value. Very noisy on a street near clubs with loud music that went on late into the night.

La propiedad es antigua y muy descuidada; me dieron una habitación que para nada se parecía a la que anuncian en internet. El baño olía a sucio y la habitación no contaba al menos con una lampara y ni una silla sencilla. En términos generales muy mala la habitación, en relación a como la anuncian.

No me gusto que no se me entregara lo que reserve con una semana de anticipación,la reservacion era con cama kingsize y me entregaron cama matrimonial, ademas de q la habitacion q nos asignaron no funcionaba la televisión y tuvieron que cambiarnos a las 2 hrs de habitacion

Me gusto mucho su arquitectura, el hotel tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad para ser un lugar elegible Las camas son muy incómodas y la ropa de cama está muy vieja Reserve para 2 personas y pusieron solo 1 toalla en la habitación La puerta y la ventana no se podían cerrar desde dentro

Mandé mensaje a la propiedad y no me contestaron. Luego intenté hablar por teléfono y no me contestó nadie. Realicé La tarde mi check up pero en lugar de una cama king como había reservado me dieron un cuarto con dos mateimoniales. La tv se prendía sola, la lámpara no tenía el apagador, al cuarto se le metía la iluminación interna del patio toda la noche, no se podía la habitación cerrar por fuera y no tenía las toallas del baño. Quizá todo esto haya sido debido al precio. Lo mejor que tiene es que está en un lugar céntrico y que está bien para dormir.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Saltillo, edificio histórico. En malas condiciones de conservación, habitación con poca comodidad (cama vieja, incómoda, muebles y puertas dañados, sin señal de TV) personal atento pero no resuelve problemas.

horrible lugara

La realidad no me hospede en el hotel, todo esta viejo, sucio en mal estado, los azulejos amarillos, da asco dormirse en ese hotel, creo que no esta en condiciones de trabajar, la foto que tiene engaña la escalera si esta bonita pero solo es eso los cuartos y su entorno pesimo, hoteles.com no debe de ofertar esta propiedad
