Our check-in was wonderful. The woman (long hair and glasses) was welcoming and informative. The room was very nice, and breakfast was pretty good. Our only complaint was an AC unit that was way too loud.

I’ve stayed here several times because it’s close to my parents apartment. The staff has always been easy to work with and the hotel is clean. The beds are comfortable but wish there was better insulation between the rooms. I can always hear the neighbors. My biggest complaint is the cost. Why so much more than other hotels in the city? Probably would choose another location if I wasn’t needing to be close to family.

Very clean and convenient location. Really appreciate that the housekeepers found my glasses that I left behind and the front desk worked with me to mail the glasses to me. Will definitely be my first choice hotel in SLC.
