The area is amazing. Walking trails, restaurants a plenty! All good. The hotel though could use some updating. It wasn't bad, but you get what you pay for. I had a room on the ground floor, the curtains didn't close all the way. I made it work with some hangers and such, but it took a bit to get used.

Enjoyed our first stay in Salt lake and this area of sugar house is the best parking is somewhat limited but the hotel was nice free 'snack' breakfast but the kitchen in room was perfect.

Love the location and the mountain stream behind the hotel. I've stayed here 20 years or so. They keep eliminating things they could easily provide, like an ice machine and luggage carts. The kitchenettes used to have some cups, plates, utensils etc. But now nothing. These things don't cost much but can be important to travelers
