Hotel room was dirty with hair in the bathtub along with peeling paint. Did not look like a safe neighborhood and constant noise outside our window. Hot water was lukewarm warm at best. Would not stay here again.

The property’s exterior is a bit deceiving because once you step inside, it appears clean and smells nice. Unfortunately, the good first impression didn’t quite survive the stay. While the room was clean, it had a few issues that were hard to overlook. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, and the drain wasn’t even properly attached to the sink. We tried pulling it out, but the water still refused to cooperate, which makes you wonder whether there’s a bigger plumbing issue lurking beneath the surface. The bathtub also drained painfully slowly, because apparently showering in your own personal wading pool is part of the experience. The blinds didn’t function properly, and the TV was completely out of commission. So, instead of relaxing and watching TV in bed at night, we ended up watching on my phone. Nothing says vacation quite like squinting at a small screen when you’ve paid for a room with a television. Overall, the place was clean, and that deserves credit. However, cleanliness can only carry a property so far when basic amenities don’t work. For the price, I expected a little less plumbing drama and a little more comfort. A decent first impression, but ultimately a disappointing stay for what we paid.

The staff were very nice, room was very clean. Location was convenient, with that came the traffic noise all night, no fault of the hotel. It was nice to have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We had plenty of towels & hot water. After a hot soaking bath, the tub was clogged, we let staff know in the morning since we wended to sleep and the tub still had not fully drained. Maintenance tended to clog while we were out, they left a bit of a mess. The drain was partially unclogged, extremely slow. We choose to just deal with it, since we did not want to change rooms. I am sure they would have moved us if we requested.

Nice place, our room was clean, breakfast was good, staff friendly and efficient. The location is great.. easy to get downtown . I did not like the coffee that was used in the room and at breakfast. Seemed like a cheap brand. The only maintenance issue was the nighttime shade on the window. It had come out of its track and was difficult to use. We were also disappointed that the pool was shut down (it was green!) Overall, it was a nice place.

Room was clean and comfortable. The location was great; we took a bus into downtown, about 10 minutes from the stop right near our hotel. Right next to I80 so convenient when leaving town. Staff was helpful. Would stay again.

The woman at the front desk yawned, with mouth wide open, as she walked to the front desk to check me in. I had to leave a substantial deposit which won't be refunded to my credit card for several days! The bathroom faucet was loose. The showerhead was corroded with low water pressure. The tub spout was not installed correctly. The only fruit offered for breakfast was red apples. On a good note, the room was clean
