Great Apartment

The apartment was perfect, way better then your standard hotel room. The gym had everything needed for a good workout. The room had all the basic necessities and the 7/11 around the street comes in handy. 10 min walk to downtown or a quick scooter or bike ride. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Nice building and management but not unit

Stayed in unit 329. Was not very clean but Management company responded to concerns right away and had cleaner come back. The only couch is a cheap Ikea futon so is very uncomfortable to sit on. Only 3 glasses/cups so dishwasher was run every day not full. Good location close to downtown and restaurants. Would stay with this company again just in a different unit.

There’s a lot to love about this property with few drawbacks. The downtown location and vibe, the updated style, and overall convenience was amazing! We arrived later than our scheduled check in time and our lock box code had expired. We called Criteria and immediately they found our account and issued a new code. Much appreciated! The apartment was tidy. Very minimalist. Although, it almost felt too empty in the bedroom. There’s a bed, a couple of nightstands and then there’s a random router lying on the floor. Didn’t understand why that wasn’t somewhere else or at least concealed behind a dresser or something. I did have one big complaint. And that would be that when we pulled back the sheets on the bed, there was hair. Like a lot of hair. Different colors and lengths. Clearly from multiple people. It wasn’t just in the sheets either, it was also all over the pillows. I assume they haven’t been cleaned in a few visits. Not the best impression. Overall, the experience was good. We appreciated that we were able to stay somewhere so close to the airport for a reasonable price.

Just like my home

I really loved this place. First of all, you should know this is not a regular hotel. This is more likely air b&b or an apartment. But all facilities were clean and well-organized. They even put cans of beer and candies on a dining table for us, although I'm not sure that's the same for all. I was there at midnight and worried about how to check-in. But they replied all my emails immediately and well arranged everything. I fully enjoyed everything until the last minute like my own home. There is also a private parking space for each unit without no fee. Close to a convinient store, too. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The unit was big enough for 2~3 people or a small family, although I was there alone. Again there is no physical front desk but you can reach them all the time through emails. If you need to check in later than 8pm, you will need to contact them in advance so that they can give you special instructions for your convenience.

The apparent was beautiful and the hair was so wonderful and quick to help answer any questions! They also had olive oil, coconut oil, and pots pans, cups, plates which was nice to have for my 4 days there! Will definitely be returning.
