Intended on reserving an accessible room. Wasn’t able to shower or have adequate access to bathroom due to narrow area. Had to utilize public restrooms. Was very uncomfortable!! Staff knew my wife was in a wheelchair and didn’t offer the earlier mentioned room.

A convenient location including free breakfast and an indoor pool and hot tub. Only major issue I had was a customer a few doors away had dogs that barked every time the ice machine went off which is pretty frequent. The owners were gone for hours at a stretch. This went on for 4 days before they offered to relocate me. I explained it was the dogs that needed to be relocated away from the ice machine. Nothing else was ever done. Other than this service issue the hotel was a decent value.

We like this hotel the rooms are nice the breakfast is excellent we love the location. The things we didn't like was the pool is dirty and too hot even hotter then the hotube way to much chlorine in the pool.

40 minutes to skiing and everything else walking distance. The pool and hot tub were warm enough for winter swimming, the free breakfast was amazing, my well trained dog was welcomed, and the grounds and rooms were clean and comfortable. We had the king sized bed that had a refrigerator and lounger. Bout Time bar and grill were excellent

The property was convenient to food, shopping and ffreeway. The bed was lumpy and soft. The guest were rude. We complained about the noice that started at 2am and didnt stop until 6am. Nothing was done.

Good place to stay
We have stayed here quite a few times. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. We needed a first floor room because of my husband's legs and they moved things around so we had one. Was able to text with the front desk which was very convenient. The room was fine, with great beds. I think my only suggestion would be to put bigger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathroom. There were only teeny tiny ones, barely enough for 1 person, certainly not two. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet choosing to get back on the road early. This location has many places close by to eat. Within a couple blocks is a great steakhouse called "Carvers " which we highly recommend. We will stay at this hotel again.

Clean and in good condition. Comfortable beds. The only problem was that a $50 deposit was held on my credit card upon check-in, and then within 30 minutes, another charge was added to my card for $72.07. The desk clerk had an explanation that didn't make any sense, but she assured me the charge would be removed along with the $50 hold. So far, nearly a week later, both charges are still on my account. I've never had a deposit held this long after a hotel stay. Check your credit card charges closely.

Morning breakfast with great scrambled eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, and many other options like yogurt, instant oatmeal, pancakes, OJ, and more was really good. Better than I expected. 24 hour coffee bar was also a step above. Very clean, friendly and efficient staff. Now my go-to hotel for South Jordan area. I'll be staying there again!

quiet and walking distance to restaurants
2nd time we stayed there for a week. Pool area could be cleaner, for 2 days it had not been mopped and cleaned around, so wonder what might have been IN the pool then... breakfast is okay, but wished for more healthy choices, bathrooms are on the older side and could use an upgrade, but overall the rooms are fine. Slept well, beds comfortable. House keeping was good. Lots of construction workers from companies and guests who had inhouse conferences there (was last time the same) during the week. Made the breakfast area busy and the pool overcrowded at times. Hotel was booked out for the main part of our stay.

We usually love this hotel but in this occasion, not so much. We woke up at 8 went and got breakfast,which was great but uoon returning to our suite we gound this bug in our bed. I got sick, thinking i was in bed with this bug aĺl night, i have a horrible distaste for bugs, a fear perhaps. We told the front desk whovsaid management would contact us. We havent heard from them. Usually a great hotel

Nice hotel for SLC ski trip
The Best Western Plus in Sandy, UT is a nice hotel with a good free breakfast, a large pool and hot tub to relax in after a day of skiing, and a great location with many nearby restaurants at different price points. It was easy to get to Alta from this hotel, and there were many skiers staying at the hotel the week I was there.

The Handicap mobility room was as far away from the elevator as it could possibly be. The room temperature was so hot that we had to keep the air conditioner on ant 65 degrees all night just to be able to sleep. We had to keep the bathroom door open just to get some air in there. I tried to call down to the front desk multiple times and the call was never answered.

From check in to check out everything went well--as it has every time I have stayed at the BW Plus CottonTree Inn. All the Staff I encountered were outstanding and extremely helpful. The location is great for shopping dining, and in my case, the appointment I had scheduled.

This place was comfortable and actually had a pool that wasn't ice cold! In fact, it was easy to hop right into the pool and for my kids, a pool to play in is a must. Perfect for our little family of 4.

Service Oriented Staff
The staff was great and willing to accomodate when issues arose. Breakfast had much to choose from which was nice. Stayed on 4th floor and appreciated that room for 4 days. Close to all shopping amd eating you'd need. Great location away from freeway.
