"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

"Not the best hotel we have ever stayed in. And given the price it is the worst we have ever stayed in. The toilet flush stopped working everyday and we had to ask them to fix it everyday. Finally we gave up and figured out how to fix it ourselves. The water pressure was extremely uncertain. Sometimes it worked normal and sometimes there were just trickles and one day it just stopped altogether during my shower. I was standing with soap and shampoo all over me with no water. "Do not advertise rhat an airport shuttle is available if there is no shuttle service provided. Roon 210 has a bed with a hole in it. This is very uncomfortable. There arw small roaches running about in the bathroom and even one was seen in the dining area where the juices are"

"Needs improvement in the appearance of the hotel. The flooring in the room wasn't nice as well as the carpeting in the hallways. The bathtub finishing was peeling off. Lastly and most importantly the heat needed to be on or turned up! the pools were way too cold to enjoy, my kids went in I would of liked to enjoy a swim with them but I couldn't because it was way to cold.
