Beautiful suite with wonderful views of ocean. However only had hot water in bathroom for the first and last days (had to shower in cold water for 5 days despite requesting maintenence each day to fix it). If not for the hot water issue would have been an amazing stay

The room was fabulous. They upgraded us to a suite because there was construction. The canned water that they handed out complementary was lousy. They need better, complementary water. Including a shower cap would be really nice in the rooms. Very comfortable bed wonderful pillows.

This was our second stay at the Cove and I don’t think I could stay anywhere else in Atlantis! Elegant and beautiful with spacious rooms and the best beach in Atlantis with great snorkeling! The pool and beach area never felt over crowded and the staff was attentive and friendly. The water park and water slides were a short walk as well!
