"I found a cockroach in my room"

"Great place, beautiful hotel and delicious breakfast."

"รอ check-in นานมากกก แต่พนักงานก็บริหารจัดการได้ดี"

"Great location and room was spacious and very clean!"

"Todo muy bien."

"Good breakfast selection. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and housekeeping was available when needed."

"Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!"

"Perfectly located, very nice breakfast but room with multiple suitcases too small"

"Location was good had good walking access to more affordable restaurants while still being within walking distance to the city centre and attractions. Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation and somethings were missing such as chairs in the room, no room fridge and because of construction noise they could of offered a slight discount for the inconvenience with the noise."

"Clean room, friendly staff, great location to the U Line, shops, sites."

"wi-fi สัญญาณอ่อนในห้องพัก นอกนั้นดีเยี่ยมในด้านของขนาดห้องกว้างขวางและความสะดวกสบาย สะอาด เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้metro 2 สถานี ไม่เกิน5 นาที ติดถนนใหญ่และป้าย tram"

"Beautiful interior of rooms. love the granite/marble in bathrooms. Beds firm. Tea kettles would be helpful. Breakfast very good and plentiful in options. Only one front desk clerk in our experience. can be inconvenient when checking in when multiple people waiting. Overall would stay at property again."

"Good all round place, next to tram station as well."

"Pillows and bedding were inadequate, our entire six day stay there the telephone was broken and they didn't fix it, even though we told him about it. They did not pick up nor deliver laundry in a timely manner. The furniture was not very comfortable. I would not stay there again."

"We really enjoyed this hotel. I thought we were getting two twin beds as I’m traveling with my mom but it was a king bed with separate comforters. The breakfast was pricey but 10/10! Very delicious. Hotel staff were very nice!! We were about a 16-20 minute walk from what we wanted to do but it was fine."

"Was a great base to stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we found it was in a good location to get around with the trams and tube stops right near the property. Breakfast was good with a nice choice of food."
