The hotel is very nice and has been updated fairly recently. The staff were very rude and didn’t speak good English at all even though most people in Vienna speak great English. The location is nice because it’s a little out of town so it’s not so loud and crowded. It’s right by the metro and about a 15 minute straight shot to the main area of Vienna.

A very pleasant overnight stay in a lovely area of Vienna. We were in the less grand part of the hotel, but it was very comfortable nonetheless with a nice garden and view of the church. Bit of a shame that Netflix wasn’t working on the TV, but a minor point really. Beds particularly comfortable and plenty of local cafes and bars to enjoy — as well as the park and palace of course! Would recommend.

Spacious rooms, separate toilet from bathroom. Hotel is steps from metro station, many cafes and restaurants around, very good deal for the price. Check in was not smooth, arrived early and couldn’t get the room till after 3, the A/C is terrible, only fan Bit far from the center, 7 stops by metro, walking to great Schonbrunn palace. Vienna is a great city with wonderful heritage, very safe

The place is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is excellent; close to the metro and trams. The staff were friendly and helpful in giving us directions and advice. The restaurant attached is lovely and the food is delicious. The neighborhood offers shopping and great dining. The Schonbrunn palace is just one stop away on the metro and well worth the visit, along with Beethoven's home and the oldest Viennese restaurant. The zoo is across the street with incredible gardens and fountains. We loved our stay. Vienna is magical.

This hotel is well-located right beside the Schoenbrunn palace and the metro station where you can take the U4 line directly to city centre to see the rest of the sites. I was given a large, comfortable room with a balcony on the ground floor which I appreciated, and the room was air conditioned which was a relief as the weather was very hot when I stayed. The card reader on the inside of the room was a bit loose - it took a few attempts to align my key so that the room would connect to power. The restaurant has really nice traditional Austrian dishes and there are some nice cafes and bakeries nearby.

The foyer is stunning when you enter, but building is older. Room was clean. The 1st room I was in first night had an extremely loud guest above me, past 12am, not much sound proofing. But Barbara was very kind & helpful when I asked to move to top floor room. She made it happen because a guest check out. Staff were all very helpful.

Arrived very late because of some issues, but got a warm welcome from the staff. This hotel is near a train stop making it easy to get to the city center. I loved the elegant room decor. This is across the Schrobunn Palace and grounds. Great value!

Loved this place because of its location. Few steps from the train and bus station. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Schonbrunn Palace. A mini strips of all sorts of restaurant. The only minus points about this hotel was, sound proofing is terrible. I was awaken by the next door guest, every time they drag their chairs. The Hallway was beautifully maintained with beautiful flower set up. The room was immaculate clean and the smell of a seemed like fresh flowers lingers everywhere. This was Lovely. But.. when you go down towards the 3000 block hallway, it has an undesirable smell/ odour. It’s a TURN OFF . Hope they can address this, for future guests to leave with best memories of this hotel.
