"We were not able to use the pool. The staff told us that the water pump is not working. We almost got burned in the shower. My wife was in the shower when the water became very hot. "I would never stay there again! The room (floor, lamps, sheets) was filthy. I needed the manager to get the air conditioning working. There were hardly any amenities. Breakfast was, at best, ok. If I wasn't in such a bind to stay somewhere, I would not have picked there. It definitely was not worth the almost $250 dollars I spent to stay there. I should get my money back."

"When I checked in I was given the wrong room number. Went back to the desk for correct room. Got to the room opened luggage rack and after putting my suitcase on it fell apart. This morning I woke up to the TV not turning on. Of course no maintenance or management at 7am. I checked out and was told mgr would call when they arrive at 8am. It's almost 10am and still waiting for a call"

"The room we were given after stating that there were allergies involved had a stale musty mildew smell to it. We opened the window and turned on the air to get things aired out. By midnight we were having breathing issues. The assistant manager stated the air conditioner needed to be cleaned and offered a refund. We left to find another hotel and now they are not providing any refund."
