"Desde el momento en que llegamos, el recibimiento fue espectacular. Nos ayudaron con las maletas y estuvieron súper atentos desde antes de nuestra llegada, incluso nos enviaron mensajes por WhatsApp para guiarnos y asegurarse de que no nos perdiéramos. Jenny y Andrés se lucieron con su atención, fueron increíbles. Desde el primer momento nos dieron recomendaciones personalizadas para visitar el Valle del Cocora, Salento y Filandia. Además, ¡los desayunos deliciosos y nos los llevaban hasta la habitación! Mi esposo quedó encantado con cada detalle. La habitación fue súper cómoda, perfecta para descansar después de un día de paseos, y las instalaciones del hotel estaban siempre limpias y muy bien organizadas. Se nota el cuidado en cada rincón. También nos recomendaron visitar los termales de Santa Rosa y ellos mismos se encargaron de comprarnos las entradas. No tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada, solo disfrutar. Todo lo pagamos al hacer el check-out, lo cual fue súper cómodo. Recomendamos este hotel a ojo cerrado. Su atención es de otro nivel.
