"Only seen the one staff at the front desk when first checking in. After all paperwork signed, payed online for reservation to get online pricing prior to check-in. The staff sitting behind the desk, stood up, held out his hand and told me now he needed my credit card. WTH! They required one for the $150.00 deposit! Never once did I read on their site about needing to have a credit card submitted and left on file until check-out then you should be fully refunded in approximately 24-48 business hours. They didn't have an ice machine around. Cold drinks machine, even had an out of order sign across the front of it, both days I stayed. Website shows that they have a pool. SMH they failed to mention it doesn't even open til June 1st.. wow"

"Excellent! Breakfast was delightful and very friendly cook! Hotel staff is super great. Highly recommended. Just one minor discrepancies? We didn't know that we have to ask to clean our room we thought automatically they will clean it every time. Other than that it's super great!"
