Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were awesome. Breakfast was very basic. My 2 complaints are coffee was bad (felt very stale) and the Wifi was very spotty. However these are minor things. Other than than it was a simple, safe & clean stay. I would stay again.

This is my go to for my travels. Close to my daughter’s university. The staff always remembers me. The breakfast is simple but good because it’s included. Plus I love waffles. Best thing is the price is right for the location. I know I will definitely stay there again.

Staff was very friendly! Made you feel welcomed right away. Room was clean bathroom was clean. Water pressure was amazing! Could have done without the bright orange paint, but it was done well. Bed was comfy and smelled clean. Was not impressed with the breakfast. Nothing looked appetizing, rotten bananas in the basket, so we skipped it. Did try the coffee, it was not good. No creme offered just milk. Nice and quiet during the night, no shady people hanging out! Would stay there again, especially for the price!

Staff was friendly and professional but facility is outdated and run down. Our room was dirty. Walls had gunk and some hair found in bathroom. The lotion was off the wall an on bathroom floor. Some of the room was updated but bathroom light fixure has rust and the towel rack as well. Bed was clean and so were towels. We were woke up to staff yelling to someone outside to get out of the garbage.

The room was so clean, the ac was so nice to have while it was boiling hot outside! The pool was so nice clean. The breakfast room was amazing! I loved being able to have my waffle nice and fresh! The fruit was actually not bad! I loved being able to stay here and will definitely stay next time

Staff were nice. The property was in a very bad condition. Trash littering the areas around the property and vagrants hanging around. I thought I was at a pay by the hour hotel but I had already paid so I went in and checked my room for bugs before bringing any of my luggage in. The room was clean but it really needs some work. Ants were coming in, walls kinda gross, the headboard was gross and cracked, fridge was dirty. The shower left much to be desired and the floor of the shower was either dirty or stained I had to wear flip flops in it. Had to hold the toilet handle down till it flushed and hot water sucked big time. Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Free breakfast? I guess if you want waffles but no thanks.
