"I needed a early check to coordinate with a family member in the hospital and they accomodated me. The bed was so soft and I slept well. There was a problem with the outside door not locking and they fixed it right away. The breakfast was fresh and really good coffee. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Check in was easy, staff was helpful, and the room was clean. The a/c unit cover fell off when we tried to adjust the temperature but it didn’t affect the operation. "

"Housekeeping here needs to a better job cleaning the rooms. They also need to understand their own policies when it comes to checking out. Knocking at my doors 9 am and 10 am is not professional. Normal people knock using their hands but when you use an object like your wooden board that is very loud. Not only did you wake up my young kids but I am sure you have woken up entire floor. The lady that checks us in is always very nice and so is the lady who checked us out but I am feel robed the entire morning of the sleep I needed. "

"I stayed there based on the pics I saw online. The room was fine but the fitness center was not as advertised. Not as much equipment as in the pics. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast bar. The online pics show omelets, etc. Breakfast started at 7:00. We got there at about 7:10 and the only thing out was oatmeal, sausage patties and biscuits. The stay was not worth the hefty price we paid."

"We really liked this property and will definitely stay here again. Staff was professional and personable. I commented to front desk staff that the pictures completely and accurately depict the property and rooms - unusual! Our room was well-appointed and the beds very comfortable. Our only issue (a personal one to be sure) were the pillows - all were very stiff and hard. Would suggest that of the four pillows on each bed, one would be a much softer one. "
