The Keizer property is one of the nicest BW’s I’ve been to. Everything went smoothly, the staff is great, and even the small things were effortless. This property used to be a Quality Inn but BW has made it better.

The room was ok. Nice to have a walk in shower. The bed was comfortable. Something was wrong with our TV, but couldn't get it fixed because no maintenance people are there at night. One person handles the check ins, the bar, and everything else. We were told the bar would open from 5 to 9. Got down to the lobby at 5, the person said she would open about 5:15, I told her the other front person at check in said it opened at 5, she did end up opening it because we asked. It was an ok stay, not great.

Pet friendly room. Coffee maker didn’t work and the sofa was missing the back cushions. The breakfast was as expected. Recommend sticking to the yogurt and fruit. Plenty of space for dogs to walk and potty. Unfortunately very few people pick up after their dogs- watch your step. We have family in Keizer. Would love another pet friendly hotel option, but this is the only one.

It turned out we didn't actually spend the night at the hotel, but we have stayed there before. Our electricity went out and we thought we needed a hotel for the night, but it got restored before they told us it would, so we gave up the room for someone else who needed it. We did pay for the room, however, since it was nonrefundable. But that was okay.

A delightful stay in a recently remodeled hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully updated, with bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. We especially appreciated the thoughtful bathroom layout, which separated the shower from the sink and mirror area. Arriving a little early was no problem—the staff welcomed us warmly and accommodated our needs with ease. Heather, in particular, was exceptionally friendly and professional, and the cleaning team was equally kind and attentive. Heather’s welcoming approach and hotel expertise made our stay truly special. Thank you for a memorable experience!

The hotel room furnishings were dated and worn, and the bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance. I chose this property for its advertised onsite EV charger, but there was only a single Level 2 charging port, which meant waiting my turn. On the positive side, the staff were excellent—always friendly and eager to assist.

They put us in room 118 which is right by the side exit / entry door without telling us the door slams and risking if we are ok with that. We requested a 1st floor room because we were traveling with a dog. Around 11 I called the front desk to see if they could do anything about it. The only thing they could do is put a note on the door or move us to another room on the 2nd floor. We were already in bed and elected not to move all our items. We had 2 CPAP machines set up and a dog crate set up (that is on us for not wanting to move after we were all settled). The slamming door went on all night making it a very long sleepless night. The heat in the room would not turn off despite changing the thermostat to off. It got up to 88 degrees in the room, which also did not help.

The room was clean when we arrived, but the cleaning solution that they used was so overpowering it made my eyes water. Later we noticed that there was an infestation of sugar ants in the room.
