Very run down. Tap wouldn’t turn off when you finally got it on. They gave us the wrong key went into a room that was dirty. Man was very rude.

The property was very run down and in desperate need of a refurbishment/demolish. The showers leaked, were moldy and the hot water system was not made for more than one person, the glass sliding door tracks were full of dead insects and there was cob webs, the carpets and tiles were very dirty, the fold out sofas were stained, I could go on unfortunately I don't really have anything nice to say except the lady on reception was nice

I found a cockroach in my bed. The room looked like more of a motel rather than the typical ibis 'styles' accommodation. some new bed linen and bug spray should do the trick

The room we stayed in was not like the photo that’s on their website, it appears that they have renovated 1 room and that’s the pic they have on their website. My sister’s room and ours were very outdated, mattress was only O.K to sleep on, it was soft and my partner and I kept rolling into the middle of the bed, the cleanliness of the room could have been better, cobwebs and spiders in corners and rubbish left in cupboards BUT the worst experience was checking in, although there is a bell to ring if desk is unattended, no one came (we were checking in at 4pm) so then there is a mobile number to call which I had to do and I feel this is just taking it too far. Have a phone available for patrons to use if the only way to contact someone to check in is by phone. The desk was unmanned even the next morning when we were checking out. Would not stay here again.
