The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, nice and modern. It was a pleasant stay, as it is a new hotel there’s still a few teething issues such as the WiFI and TV not always working, but the staff are prompt to resolve. The room was exactly what I wanted which is always a bonus. Side note there are no tall palms trees, so there is very little shade by the pools sadly. Food was okay too.

The rooms and beech were great. Impossible to get reservations at the restaurant so we ended up having buffet food all the time, which was very mediocre. Staff were not very helpful. Overall it was ok, would not say it’s worthy of 5 star hotel rating.

Bij aankomst was de kamer nog niet klaar. Wij waren ook een uur te vroeg. Ik heb op dat moment alle kosten voor toeristenbelasting en borg voor handdoeken betaald. We mochten alvast gaan eten in het restaurant. Om 3 uur was de kamer klaar maar andere medewerker zag niet dat we al betaald hadden. De eerste medewerker die ons had geholpen gaf aan dat we dat wel hadden gedaan en dat het geregistreerd stond in de computer en we kregen de pasjes om handdoeken te halen. Bij het uitchecken de pasjes ingeleverd, maar medewerker kon de envelop waar de borg in moest zitten niet vinden. Ik had aangegeven dat ik mijn vliegtuig moest halen en heb contactgegevens achtergelaten. We zijn ruim een week verder en ik wacht nog steeds op contact en mijn geld. Ook na bericht op contactformulier van website nog geen reacties....

Las instalaciones son preciosas y están impecables. Teníamos una habitación con salida a piscina privada con vista parcial al mar, muy grande y bonita. Es lo único que lo hace 5 estrellas. El servicio es bastante malo, trabajan desganados y no son nada agradables. Tuvimos que esperar un día entero para que nos pusieran gel de ducha y de manos porque estaba completamente vacío cuando llegamos. Tuvimos que llamar 4 veces a recepción, desde las 10am hasta las 7pm que por fin vinieron. Otro día nos quitaron las toallas del día anterior y no nos dejaron limpias. De nuevo tardaron muchas horas en reponerlas. El servicio de bares es lentísimo, se ve que ponen pocas personas para ir lentos y para gastar menos bebida. Hasta para un vaso de agua había que hacer cola. Les avisamos con meses de antelación que tenía alguna intolerancia alimentaria, que por favor tuvieran cuidado. Pues no había nada correctamente marcado, tenía que ir preguntando por cada cosa y parece que les molestaba responder. Varios días me sentí mal por haber comido algo que no debía. Si tenéis alergias o intolerancias alimentarias ni se os ocurra ir. Resumiendo, instalaciones de 5 estrellas, todo lo demás de 3 (siendo generosa)
