"Out of a movie scene !! So positively impressed by so many things: this place is so romantic and taken care of. The staff is incredible - thanks again: Pacheco helped so friendly with my luggage, Emma was keen on answering every questions at the reception, there was a welcome table for all the guests with a welcome drink and Gigi explained all the activities, what to do around the island & city and all the perks of the hotel. "Ich hatte zwei Kakerlaken bei mir im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage hat laut gequietscht und wurde auf Nachfrage nicht repariert. Das Gym war nicht gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant war gut. Der Strand wunderschön!"

"Das war ein tolles Gesamtpaket. Die vielen All-inklusive Restaurants haben eine schöne Abwechslung geboten, auch wenn das Buffet sehr gut war. Besonders angenehm war es, dass wir bei unserem Nachtflug noch alle Annehmlichkeiten und das gesamte All-inklusive- Angebot nutzen und uns zum Abschluss in den Courtesey Roms noch duschen und umkleiden konnten."

"Le personnel , la chambre et les équipements (piscines/ service petit déjeuner) ont rendu mon séjour particulièrement agréable. Murdeira Village Resort est un hôtel accessible et de très bonne qualité, le service en réception ou au restaurant est si remarquable et généreux.
Les transferts entre hôtel et centre-ville sont un plus qui a aussi fait la différence. "

"L'hôtel est propre
Le personnel serviable
La nourriture simple mais très bien cuisinés
Mais.... Envahi par les moustiques et mouches. Par pitié faites quelque chose. Mon corps ressemble anuje calculatrice...
Les piscines sont des espaces fumeurs... Quel désagrément quand vous êtes non fumeur..''
Et les transats qui sont réservés (bien que cela soit interdit....) alors qu on est en basse saison plus de transat disponible tôt le matin.
Mais dans l ensemble j ai passé un agréable séjour"

"Supposed to be able to check in at 3.00pm, the room wasn't ready till 6.30pm.
Asked for clean towels 3 times throughout the week never got any. The mattress was worn and sinking. The bed felt like it was going to fall apart. Had no TV in the room for 4 days till they came and fixed the Internet. 2 nights there was no water to the room."

"We had a great stay at this clean and modern apartment. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The bottle of water on arrival was a lovely touch. The staff and the owner were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay again!"
