Breakfast is great with multiple options, gym is complete for a full work out, pool has no shallow end for kids, restaurant staff was very helpful and dinner was delicious.. hotel is not close to Disney parks or any stores and restaurants.. nearby mall is 15 mins ago by car or taxi..

Reception gave a key to my room to a group of complete strangers, meaning I had to chase people out of the room and away from my sleeping children at 1am. Hotel have made the refund process exceptionally difficult, had to complain to Accor head office.

Good resort with a good selection of food and activities. Biggest draw back was despite booking a new lodge the bed and sofa were beyond uncomfortable - more style over substance. For us to stay again the accommodation would need to improve to truly cater for a family for a week
