"Perfect hotel"

"Very helpful staff and excellent food."

"The room standards were not great, as the rooms appeared old by hotel standards. The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. "Felt welcome from the moment we stepped in, everything explained well to us and even an apology letter for the fire alarm was provided which we really appreciated. definitely would stay again"

"Excellent breakfast. Staff delightful. Room recently refurbished and comfortable. Beautiful location"

"The hotel itself was lovely, but it was the kindness of the staff that especially impressed me. I would definitely stay there again"

"We stayed for one night during a long trip from the highlands and is the perfect place to stay. The onsite team are extremely friendly and professional. The food is excellent and our room was comfy/clean/ warm and well appointed. The bar is quite popular and is a good place to enjoy a drink and a real bonus is the fleece inn is extremely dog friendly. There is a grass area outside with easy access and places where can dine in the pub with canine companions. Everyone was so friendly particularly...

"Wonderful hotel , wonderful staff"

"Booked room with a sofa but room had third bed in so there was no sofa. Could hear other guests children late at night and very early in morning so rooms are not sound proofed. No heating in bathroom so cold and not even winter yet. Hotel is very convenient to M6 and staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh."

"My teenage daughter and I were in a twin room. However, this was a connecting room with another family. I could hear every noise from the connecting room. Not ideal. We had already unpacked before we realised. Later in the evening, a guest was shouting in the corridor. He sounded disturbed. Staff escorted him down to reception."
