Staff are really friendly and as vegans they made specialty dinners each night to accomodate. The gym is very dated with multiple machines not working and the property is a little run down but in such a great place with nature all around. Beach was nice for swimming and snorkelling! The stay was ok. They just didn’t tell us about any services that the hotel offered, when we checked in. They need to work on dealing with people of color. We felt like second class guests. We were the only black people in the hotel. We booked four rooms.
