"Pool area was exceptional, that was first and foremost. Property felt secure upon entry, had a gate that was managed by security 24/7. First time on the grounds it was a little difficult finding the front desk but after a couple minutes it was very easy to orientate yourself to the grounds. Included a morning breakfast that was a coffee, juice, and croissant or toast; anything else cost extra. Taking a star off because we returned to the room after being gone all day to our door swung wide open. When housekeeping came through they forgot to latch the door shut. Had a split second thought we were robbed, as my laptop was missing but the staff had just moved it off the table while cleaning. That 3 seconds of carelessness could have derailed our entire trip to paradise...it shouldnt ever come to that."

"I wanted to love this resort but I must say the hotel is in terrible conditions. I checked into my Room and there was a broken makeup mirror and Blood on the bathroom (room 548) wall and the overhead shower was not working.. I contacted the front desk and they told me they would come and fix it. They never did.I spoke to the front desk agent Named Jackie and she spoke to her manager (she was helpful she put the notes on my account about the damages and gave me a $150.00 credit but they ended up charging me )The food was great but the staff wasn’t very friendly. After checking out my Credit card was charged $1300.00 for a broken mirror that I reported when I first checked in. I contacted the resort to fix these changes and every time I called they said they would get back to me never did . Now I’m disputing this with my credit card. Stay far away from this resort . "

Front desk women not nice at all not very accommodating kind of rude sorry to say the older gentleman was very nice brought towels to our room. Really liked the location walking distance to so much!!!"
