Especially one night everything was closed and we had nowhere to get water, and we tried to get help from a woman at from desk at night, and there was nothing she would do to help. "So the hotel standards other JW Marriotts I have stayed at. The staff are great. The Sargassum was terrible which made outside pool area unbearable. Of course they cannot help this but since the sargassum is not being hauled away the smell is awful! The property is very far from everything, since there is only one pool and not much else on the resort to do, it left a lot to be desired."

"Room was clean and enough room for my wife and I and our two girls (6 and 10). Pullout bed was plenty comfortable. Room was a little warm, as the mini split wall unit didn’t seem strong enough to cool the room adequately, but there were two strong ceiling fans. Kids enjoyed the shallower pools.
