"Only some of the staff were helpful (young lady at the concierge desk was great). Loud (DRUNK) teenagers were allowed to run amok without a word being said to them - even when they were cursing at us for asking them politely to lower their voices. Besides that, the bathroom in our room had water issues and was moldy. (If you do a search on YouTube you’ll see my full review.) Never again!"

"This is a tough review to write, because the staff was so lovely and helpful. That being said, there was an absolutely disgusting amount of seaweed coming the beach and ocean. You could not go to the beach and you could not swim in the ocean.... being that this is marketed as a beach resort, we were very disappointed when we arrived to learn we could not go on the beach or in the ocean... Seems like they easily could have sent an email or let us know the status of the beach prior to arrival, or...
