"I love staying at this resort!!! I would have given 5 stars but the mattress was a little uncomfortable. And there was one server that I asked for a but of ice for order 3 times but never received it. I had to ask another server to get for us. Everyone was amazing especially Allia!!!!! We loved her she attentive and professional!!!! Her and others would make us want to come back!"

"It was so easy to relax and enjoy everything there. The staff were all friendly. It was amazed every time we were walking around there was always somebody sweeping or cleaning up picking up trash. They were always very friendly and willing to help over the time we had a question."

"The view is great, the property seems a little old for a 5 star resort. I got the butler suite and sometimes they were unresponsive which defeated the purpose. Lastly I don’t understand how I was paying over 1k a night and I can’t watch Netflix or YouTube in my TV in 2026. It just blows my mind. This is 3.8 star at best and not a 5 star resort."

"The hotel is nice but the beaches are terrible right now with sargassum. They were basically shuttling you to other beaches it’s so back and it stinks. Also the hotel is a little far away from everything."
