"Location Staff did not show how to operate the TV, the AC, the shower head, nor the rusty looking stove. The store was very old. I was afraid to touch the stove. There were no disposable cups in the bathroom, for oral care. There was no complimentary 6 once bottles of water, no box of tissue, no paper towel, or cloth kitchen towel. The lock on the door appeared weak. There was floss treader on the bed. I did not use any. There an uneven step at the top of the first flight of the stairs...

"The room was clean but unfortunately very uncomfortable. The bathroom lead straight to construction where people were working from 8a-5p (we were barely in but the days we slept in, we’d be waken up by this.) we booked this hotel since it is a 4 star hotel on Expedia, it is indeed not. It’s a three star hotel. Breakfast was not included, was able to use the beach and pool free will. The restaurant at the hotel was decent but paying approximately $80USD for two for just 2 mains was not worth it....

"The room was very comfortable for our 16-night stay. The kitchen had the necessary equipment and appliances. Requests were responded to rather quickly, most times. Heather, our Divi Angel was pleasant, friendly, courteous and kind, and she was swift to act. Most of the room attendants were polite. We were in Room 421; the room directly above ours always sounded like guests were moving out and dragging furniture all day and night. Hotel is well-placed on the bus route, and close to Oistins...

"The staff were great. I was disappointed in that I booked Ocean View with 2 Queen size beds. They placed us in 1 King size bed which was stated we booked 2 Queen size beds. It was unacceptable in that we waited for an unnecessary amount of time."
