This is a great place to stay. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Communication is quick and timely. The location is great for wandering into town to bars, restaurants and the waterfront. Short covered walk to the market for coffee and breakfast. Highly recommended this place for a short stay in the Port City.

Gorgeous room. But would recommend asking for a room in back. We were front and heard traffic all night. Location is excellent. Would stay there again.

Lovely period property within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and city areas. Little bit noisy, but that is expected if you are staying in the city centre.

It was a darling space. Cozy and perfect for a stay of a few days or more. Well appointed kitchenette and a very comfy bed. My only comment would be that the stairs to room 7 are a steep climb and would be difficult for anyone with physical challenges or big bags. A note indicating this at time of booking would be helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. It’s central location was ideal.

Room was clean and lovely. I liked having a kitchenette. Parking was extra, but it was better than attempting street parking. Staff were helpful and excellent at communicating and answering questions.

First, NO elevator. If your room is on the second floor you have to carry your luggage up and down. Air conditioning struggled but it was OK. Room itself was nice, large, and comfortable. Not sure about all the rooms however ours had air jets in the bathtub. Not sure I would stay in St. John again however if I did and I decided I would be OK with the stairs I would probably stay here again. Note: they have limited parking.
