Host was tremendously helpful throughout my stay. The amenities provided are not inferior to facilitating a more prolonged stay. "Run down hotel. Cracked walls. Unrefreshend smell to the room. Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid. Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard. Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor. Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff. Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room. The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head."

"Really big, lovely clean rooms. Fantastic value for money and breakfast was superb. We stayed for a concert at Co op Live which was a 15 minute taxi ride away. Highly recommend and would definitely stop again."

"To talk to staff you have to call a number then text them your booking details and your full name and then wait for them to give you the code to your room, room was not clean for example poo stains in the toilet, dead spider on the wall, wall paper coming off, door handle to bathroom was broken and all the units where falling apart."
