"It would have been a good stay except for one thing...the bed mattress was terrible and I spent the night tossing and turning and only managed 3 hours sleep and I was speaking at a funeral the next day so it wasnt good. Eveything else was great so if they could just provide mattresses where the springs dont bite into your back, shoulders and thighs it would be a great place to stay"

"Run down hotel.
Cracked walls.
Unrefreshend smell to the room.
Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid.
Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard.
Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor.
Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff.
Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room.
The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head."

"Too many emails with rules and high safety deposit (not advertised earlier on). High expectation from pictures but in reality lacks cleaning and care. The street is dodgy, too dark and quiet and a bit far from city centre (20 min walk).
