"Rooms were ok. Clean. They recently remodeled so that was good. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast wasn't great. They had nothing to drink except coffee. Just kind of a run down motel. "

"Room was very clean on arrival but no follow-up daily cleaning. We had to request clean towels and tissues. Tiny bars of soap. Coffee in lobby tasty, room coffee not so much.Parking was fine and felt safe. Bathroom teeny tiny! Plenty of choices of places to eat with easy access."

"This location does not have free breakfast but it does have a wonderful-smelling restaurant and bar. As a family, we chose to visit other venues for our short stay. The staff was both informative and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, the pool area was clean and well-maintained, as were the grounds where we parked/entered. Located just off the interstate, close to the zoo, food and all other stops on our itinerary, it helped to keep our stay relaxing and enjoyable."

"I stay at Magnolia at least three times per year and each time is enjoyable. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is always friendly and the location is fantastic. Plus, the lobby always smells so good. The fragrance the hotel uses in their diffuser should be sold at their front desk. "

"The facility is just not nice enough to think they can change $350 just because there close to Baxter Arena. They advertise a pool table and when you get there the green on the table is completely worn and every single cue stick was crack and taped up except one and that one had no tip on it. That amenity is why we chose there and then it was unusable. Definitely the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. You could here everything above you. Even the vacuum being ran at 8 am on a Sat. Staff was great! Parking was great!;"
