"Staff was just so incredibly friendly. Room was good but wasn’t cleaned the night we were there. Called for fresh towels and coffee. Good place to hang your hat for a couple of days."

"We were very impressed with the location in reference to the bourbon tours. Also, they provided a very wonderful daily breakfast that was fantastic. I would like to give particular thanks to their front staff and especially Mary, who just went out of her way to make everybody feel very welcome and very special. She is excellent at what she does and it really made our stay much more memorable and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this location."

"No towels in room on arrival. When I went to desk to request towels I was told they couldn’t dry linens .Fire doors opened to stair wells no closed due to carpeting . Elevator inspection expired. Pool was not maintained: slime residue on pool. I had bathed grandson in antibacterial soap. Door to pool area was rusted, safety closure not functioning , propped open with a towel. Ants on multiple surfaces in our room . Required me to clean room with sanitizing wipes. Fire occurred Sunday morning in...

"Absolutely enjoyed our four-night stay at the Jailer’s Inn—great location with several great restaurants and taverns close by. The Bourbon Trail with several world-renowned distilleries, is also close by. Paul, the owner, and all his staff were extremely welcoming. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Private parking is available too!! A definite place to enjoy Bardstown and take in the area's history. We will be back!!"

"Our check in didn’t go very smoothly. The front desk clerk charged 3 of our cards after telling my husband the all showed errors, he also did not check us in for our reservation so we were in the system as no show. When our room was ready our keys were not programmed. We did utilize the pool and pool bar until our room was ready. The pool and pool bar were fabulous. Our room was not impressive but it was a standard and it was clean and efficient for a one night stay. We ate dinner at the on site...

"Basic motel. Good bang for your buck. Breakfast was ok. The walk to downtown was convenient."

"I think the breakfast bar could have been kept a little bit cleaner since there was a lot of kids.For whatever reason, this weekend at the facility. Overall everything was amazing. I don't believe though that the staff should be outside at the entrance.Smoking. p s you may want to change the sign on 245 to read ,Sparks by Hilton. The old one is still up that says Hampton. Inn, by Hilton.. that sign is very dirty and hard to read."
